SERVICE TO RECRUIT ACADEMIC STAFF WITH AT LEAST A PH.D. FROM TURKEY TO UNIVERSITIES IN UZBEKISTAN

What are the objectives of this service?

From the Perspective of Universities in Uzbekistan:

  • To solidify the international standing of universities in Uzbekistan,
    To increase the number of faculty members with international experience among the academic staff at universities in Uzbekistan, thereby raising the university’s score and ranking in the eyes of international ranking agencies,
    To enable international academics to publish in WOS and Scopus on behalf of universities in Uzbekistan, thereby raising the universities’ scores and rankings,
  • To contribute to improving the quality of education at universities in Uzbekistan,
  • To establish a strong foundation for universities in Uzbekistan to collaborate with Turkey.

From the Perspective of Academics in Turkey:

  • To provide academics in Turkey with the opportunity to gain experience teaching abroad,
  • To create opportunities that motivate academics in Turkey to serve the Turkic World,
  • To offer academics in Turkey the opportunity to view the world and Turkey from a Central Asian perspective,
  • To lay a solid foundation for universities in Turkey to establish cooperation with universities in Uzbekistan.

SERVICE FOR SENDING ACADEMIC STAFF WITH AT LEAST A DOCTORATE FROM UNIVERSITIES IN UZBEKISTAN TO UNIVERSITIES IN TURKEY

The purpose of this initiative is the same as that of bringing academic staff from Turkey to Uzbekistan.

For both services, we arrange a suitable university and department for the academics and facilitate the signing of a 6-month or one-year contract with the university, depending on their preference.

Objectives of the Training Program for Publishing in SCOPUS and Web of Science-Indexed Journals

  • To enable academics in Uzbekistan to publish articles in international journals,
  • To contribute to the development of science in Uzbekistan through this means,
  • To increase the number and impact factor of international publications by universities in Uzbekistan,
  • To ensure that scientific developments in Uzbekistan are communicated to the outside world,
  • To establish a connection between scientific developments in Uzbekistan and those in the rest of the world.

Content of the Training on Publishing in Indexed Journals;

  • Topic selection, which topics might be of interest,
  • Article outline, structure, word count, and literature review,
  • Collaboration with other academics and group work,
  • General and specific rules for writing texts that meet the criteria,
  • The process and methods to follow when selecting a journal,
  • The process, methods, and nuances of submitting an article,

Ushbu xizmatning maqsadlari qanday?

O‘zbekistondagi universitetlar bo‘yicha:

1) O‘zbekistondagi universitetlarning xalqaro xarakterini o‘zida mujassamlashtirish;

2) O‘zbekistondagi oliy o‘quv yurtlari professor-o‘qituvchilari orasidan chet eldan kelgan professor-o‘qituvchilar sonini ko‘paytirish orqali universitetning xalqaro reyting kompaniyalaridagi balli va reytingini oshirish;

3) Xalqaro akademiklarni O‘zbekistondagi universitetlar nomidan WOS va Scopus’da nashr etishni rag‘batlantirish va shu orqali universitetlar reytingini va reytingini oshirish;

4) O‘zbekistondagi universitetlarning ta’lim sifatini oshirishga hissa qo‘shish;

5) O‘zbekistondagi universitetlarning Turkiya bilan hamkorlik qilishi uchun mustahkam asos yaratish.

Turkiyadagi akademiklar uchun:

1) Turkiyadagi akademiklarning chet elda o’qitish tajribasiga ega bo’lishini ta’minlash,

2) Turkiyadagi akademiklarni Turk dunyosiga xizmat qilishga undash uchun imkoniyatlar yaratish,

3) Turkiyadagi akademiklarga dunyoga va Turkiyaga Markaziy Osiyodan qarash imkoniyatini berish,

4) Turkiyadagi universitetlarning O‘zbekistondagi universitetlar bilan hamkorlik ko‘prigini yo‘lga qo‘yishi uchun mustahkam asos yaratish.

SCOPUS va Web of Science indekslangan xalqaro jurnallarda nashr etish uchun treningning maqsadlari

1) O‘zbekistondagi akademiklarga xalqaro jurnallarda maqolalar chop etish imkoniyatini berish;

2) Shu tariqa O‘zbekistonda ilm-fan rivojiga hissa qo‘shish,

3) Xalqaro nashrlar sonini va O‘zbekistondagi universitetlar ballarini ko‘paytirish;

4) O‘zbekistonda ilmiy ishlanmalarning tashqi dunyoga o‘tkazilishini ta’minlash; 

5) O‘zbekistondagi ilmiy ishlanmalar bilan tashqi dunyodagi ilmiy ishlanmalar o‘rtasida aloqa o‘rnatish.

Indekslangan jurnallarda nashr etish bo’yicha trening mazmuni;

1) Mavzu tanlash, qaysi mavzular qiziq bo’lishi mumkin,

2) maqola loyihasi, badiiy adabiyot, so’zlar soni va adabiyotlar sharhi;

3) Boshqa akademiklar bilan hamkorlik va guruhda ishlash;

4) mezonlarga muvofiq matn yozishning umumiy va maxsus qoidalari;

5) Jurnal tanlashda qo’llaniladigan usullar va usullar;

6) Maqolani topshirish usullari, usullari va tafsilotlari;
